Welcome to ODEM Group of Companies Ltd. T/A ODEM Business Consulting! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our free and paid consultation services. By booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from booking a consultation. 

1. Eligibility 

• Our services are available to individuals or businesses seeking professional advertising and marketing consultations. 
• You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation. 

2. Consultation Types 

• Free Consultations 
• – Free consultations are offered as a one-time service and are subject to availability. 
• – Limited to [30/60] minutes. 
• – No obligation to purchase additional services. 
• Paid Consultations 
• – Paid consultations are billed at the rates specified at the time of booking. 
• – Payment is required to secure your appointment. 

3. Booking and Payment 

• Appointments can be scheduled via our website, email, or phone. 
• For paid consultations, full payment must be made at the time of booking. 
• Accepted payment methods include [credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, etc.]. 
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in these Terms. 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling 

• Free Consultations 
• – If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 
• – Repeated cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings. 
• Paid Consultations 
• – Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for rescheduling without additional fees. 
• – Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

5. Confidentiality 

• All information shared during consultations is treated as confidential. 
• We may retain non-sensitive information to improve our services. 

6. Service Limitations 

• Consultations are advisory and do not guarantee specific outcomes. 
• We reserve the right to decline services for any reason, including conflicts of interest or misuse of services. 

7. Liability 

• ODEM Group of Companies Ltd. T/A ODEM Business Consulting is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from consultation advice. 
• Any implementation of advice provided is at the sole risk of the client. 

8. Intellectual Property 

• Any materials provided during consultations, including reports or strategies, remain the intellectual property of ODEM Group of Companies Ltd. T/A ODEM Business Consulting. 
• Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written consent. 

9. Modification of Terms 

• ODEM Group of Companies Ltd. T/A ODEM Business Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 
• Updated Terms will be posted on our website and apply to future bookings. 

10. Governing Law 

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago and Jamaica. 
• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in Trinidad and Tobago, and Jamaica.
