Program Summary
The “Small Seeds Program” is a technical assistance initiative designed to support micro and small businesses in the following industries:
- Agriculture and Fisheries
- Horticulture
- Climate Change
- Cybersecurity
- Creative and cultural industries
- Non-profit sector working with Youth, Women and Girls
The program provides five selected companies with creative and development services worth $3000USD each, delivered virtually over a six-week period.
To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
Apply online.
Be a registered business operating for at least one year.
Have been in operation for less than five years.
Generate an annual revenue of no more than $100,000 USD.
Be able to attend bi-weekly online meetings.
Be able to start the program in January 2025
The application process involves an online application followed by a screening interview for shortlisted candidates. Five businesses will be chosen to participate in the program. At the end of the program, they will walk away with a tangible deliverable of either branding and identity, business plan, or any listed service as part of our technical assistance offering that is most needed at this stage of their business.
